LINCOLN - Dakota Partners, the developer behind the Lincoln Lofts project in Saylesville, has announced that construction is wrapping up, with residents ready to move in by the end of the month.

The project represents the rehabilitation of a 42,000-square-foot historic mill building off Walker Street into 45 units of affordable apartments.
