Kent County Daily Times: Raimondo touts new facilities to battle virus

WOONSOCKET - The state now has a new resource to provide free housing to police, EMS workers, healthcare personnel, and others on the front line of the battle against COVID-19 who fear they may bring the virus home to their families - Brown University.
Speaking during the daily remote briefing on the pandemic, Governor Gina Raimondo announced Tuesday that the university is making 700 dormitory rooms available at no cost to those critical workers who are also most at risk for potential exposure.
