This program was created by Portland Housing Center to address wealth and home ownership disparities experienced by African Americans in the Portland region.

This workshop is a personalized approach to authentically addressing the history of structural racism in finance and real estate and its contemporary consequences on individuals, families, and communities. A network of program graduates who are better able to manage their personal finances and who serve as informal connectors, role models and teachers in their families and communities.
